Kevin and I took church members out into the community to pass out GLOW and find bible study interests. One of the streets that members were placed was a street that had be worked weeks ago by Kevin. Two church members come upon a home where a lady had picked up a GLOW tract on Twilight and didn't know who left it on her door, when the Jehovah Witnesses and the Mormons would come by she asked them had they left that on her door, and of course they insisted that they had nothing to do with the peace of literature. As the church members listened one of them pulled out a tract and showed it to her asking, "Did it look like this?" The lady was surprised to discover the ones who were responsible for leaving that literature on her door. The lady received 2 more tracts on the Sabbath and State of the dead and also signed up for bible studies! Praise Jesus!

Week 1
Arrived to the beautiful island of Ohana, Hawaii. The view of the island is gorgeous, but the plane ride was the longest flight that I've been on, 5 plus hours in a plane. Still getting used to the fact that I'm actually here! The people here are very down to earth, and not in a huge rush to go anywhere. First day canvassing was very different from the main land (that's what the call the other states) a lot of Mormons , Jehovah Witnesses, and I can't leave the Catholics out either. So talking with people about religious things are easy, but finding people who want to study the Bible, now that's a different story. But over all it was a huge blessing to finally hear the "Hawaiian language",that people talk about all the time.
